Ashby Kave and his wife opened their Hope Gas July bill on August 14th shocked at the cost – $670! And the Kaves only use natural gas to heat their home in the Winter. After checking with other Milton, WV residents, they discovered several other customers have been over charged, including one woman’s bill being over $1,000 for one month. Listen as Ashby shares this frustration that has led to a filing with the PSC.
