US Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) explains the FISA 702 program which allows warrantless surveillance of American citizens. President Trump had called for an end to this program two years ago, but has since pushed for a clean renewal. Massie also talks 2nd Amendment issues, data centers, and the PRIME Act. His Primary opponent has so far refused to debate and the election is May 19th.
