WV Gov. Patrick Morrisey has concerns of misuse of the school clothing voucher program. Many families were left out of the program right before the start of school. Sen. Brian Helton and Delegate Evan Worrell co-chair the Legislative Oversight Commission on Health and Human Resources Accountability. During interim meetings this week they questioned Carl Ayers, secretary for the Department of Human Services, for nearly 90 minutes. I talked with both lawmakers separately this week on my radio show and have included their interviews in this episode.
