Hurricane Helene has left destructive flooding in Western NC. There is a huge loss of life and property damage. Roads and bridges are completely wiped out and several people are still missing. On top of all that, relief efforts have brought back reports of government corruption. It’s hard to know what’s true and what’s not. And what about reports of weather modification?
