Supreme Court Upholds Ban On Transgender Child Abuse

The US Supreme Court upheld Tennessee’s ban on “gender-affirming care” for minors. The justices’
6-3 decision in the case effectively protects from legal challenges many efforts by President Donald Trump’s administration and 26 state governments to prohibit surgery, puberty blockers, and hormone treatments for children. Will Hild, Executive Director for Consumer’s Research, talks about the impact of that decision and calls out nonprofit hospitals (such as Cleveland Clinic) for using federal funding, taxpayer dollars, and benefits like tax-exempt status to push a woke agenda that includes these “treatments” for minors.
