Chuck Ferguson, aka Big C, joined me in the radio studio today for interesting personal story of perseverance. Several years ago, Big C was suffering from a back injury that would require surgery and even after leave him in a wheelchair. Big C said NO. He learned about resistance band exercises and now, at 62, is a functional strenth coach. He’s the owner of Band Monster Fitness in Morehead, KY.
