First, I discuss school choice with the Director of the American Center for Transforming Education Dr. Keri Ingraham. She says WV & OH have made great progress in the area of education freedom. However, the Democrat Governor of KY is not in favor of school choice.

Then I discuss tax reform with Gover Norquist, who was in WV with Gov. Patrick Morrisey talking about tax cuts in the Mountain State. Grover is the President of Americans for Tax Reform.
