A coalition of area pastors and churches are coming together to oppose the Gallipolis, OH effort to allow a DORA policy. A Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA), if passed, would allow for open containers of alcohol to be carried in the downtown and riverfront areas. On my morning talk radio program, I talked to Pastor Bo Burgess, Pastor Ben Polly, Elder Jim Sisson, and Evangelist Beau Miller about their opposition to the proposed ordinance.
