After a lower court ruling last week that ordered school boards to allow religious exemptions to the compulsory vaccination law, 570 families are now disappointed again. This week the West Virginia Supreme Court finally stepped in on the issue, but unfortunately halted the lower court injuction. Attorney Chris Wiest is on the legal team representing the families and their religious rights. He was on my morning talk radio show (Total Media app, click on The Eagle) to give an update.
