Raliegh Co. Circuit Judge Michael Froble granted permanent injunctive and declaratory relief to families who want schools to accept religious exemptions from the mandatory vaccine schedule. This slaps back the rogue West Virginia BOE which had ignored the Constitution, the Governor’s Executive Order, and the state’s Religious Freedom Law.
