A recent study by the National Academy of Sciences found that Americans were unable to identify which of their actions contributed most to “climate change.” The study goes on to list the most significant drivers of climate change in everyday life including the most insidious of them all: Dogs!
The study claims that dogs, due to their largely meat-based diets, drive the demand for commercial farm animals and significantly impact the world’s climate. If you are serious about saving the planet from a climate catastrophe, you should consider having a candid conversation with your dog about their diet, or getting rid of them altogether.
